Do you remember the debate about baby's first TV, and whether watching a 24-hour channel is good for infants?
Now, a Finnish study finds that 5- and 6-year-olds who watch TV are more likely to have trouble sleeping. Researchers said that was especially true if the children were watching adult targeted programs such as news and police shows.
The study in the Journal of Sleep Research found that the children were affected even if the TV was just on in the background.
