Oh dear, brain clearly fried by TV watching, I can't actually see where I register. Stumbled across this site having googled 'TV AND DEPRESSION' bit of a clue there.... Lots of food for thought on this site. I just... might.. do it.

this site, and click on where it says "register".

And you are good to go!
