Make sure "confirmation code" is case-sensitive!!!

Thanks for trying to register on our bulletin board. If you're here, maybe you're having trouble.
Make sure you enter the confirmation code (that group of letters and numbers in the squiggly type) exactly as you see it with capital letters as necessary.

Umm any chance of putting that on the registration page then?

I had that problem too! But I wasn't put off (I have an attention span...I don't watch TV!)

Sorry, distracted into pressing post too quick... I meant: could you email the folks who make the registration software to recommend that change. Clearly you cannot be expected to be responsible for what you do not make!
